Donation Terms
Giordano and Burns Home Improvement LLC will match any donation made by the customer up to $25 per $500 as stated on this contract. Only one donation per contract. A maximum donation per contract of $100 from Giordano and Burns. All donations will post at the end of the month; unless the minimum donation amount required is not reached then it will carry over to the next month ect.
Example: If you donate $5 & the contract states the total bill is for $500 or above; Giordano and Burns will donate $5 to a charity of your choosing.

In the memo pleas write the name of the charity.
